Please help us

We are trying against all the odds to create a sanctuary for abandoned animals and we need your help . Our primary objective is to provide care, help and security for all animals try to emulate the systems that exist in other country´s

Anónimo disse...: Get the word around and help us care for the unfortunate ones who don't have the luxury of an arm chair by the fire, the ones who have been abandoned and badly treated. They need our help and we need yours.

What are we

We are a sanctuary, a rescue centre, a place of safety.

Who are we

A group of people who really care about animals

Where are we

We are located in Casais de São Clemente, Lamas, Miranda Do Corvo.

When did we start

We first started 17 years ago

Why did we start

Because there was nowhere else to take the injured, sick, and abandoned animals

We have in our care today 37 Dogs, 43 Cats, 6 Donkeys, 1 Goat, 4 Quail, 1 Guinea pig, 2 Turtles,

The Centre is situated on a private farm and consists of communal kennels, isolation units, a cattery, a maternity section, also on site is a small clinic used for first aid and other surgical procedures under the supervision of the centres surgical veterinarian Dra Cristiane Lima.

The centre has been responsible for the sterilisation in excess of 200 animals and has found homes for more than 300.

Our main objectives are to prevent suffering, cruelty, ill treatment and the abandonment of Animals.

We need your support to raise funds to help us to feed the animals in our care, improve the existing facilities, create a recovery and recuperation unit, put in a bore hole for water to ensure a continual supply of water for cleaning.

We rely on the generosity of the public please help us give what you can, every donation helps us to help the animals. Who are we
